Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DCA Forge service at https://dcaforge.my ("Service"), operated by DCA Forge (SSM 202601234567) ("we", "us"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
DCA Forge is automation software that runs a staged-buying strategy (DCA 10-Level) that you configure yourself, on an exchange account you own, through API keys you provide. The Service offers:
- Paper mode — a simulation using real market prices with no real orders or funds;
- Live mode — sending real buy and sell orders to the exchange you connect (Luno, HTX or Binance) according to your bot settings;
- a dashboard to monitor bots, cycles and trading history.
2. Not investment advice
- The Service is a software tool only. We do not provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
- We are not a broker, fund manager, investment adviser or digital-asset exchange operator, and we are not registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia as any of these.
- All trading decisions — including the choice of exchange, capital, take-profit percentage, stop loss and when to start or stop a bot — are made by you.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Service and of your chosen exchange is permitted under the laws where you are located.
- Registration details must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Exchange accounts and API keys
- Your funds remain in your own exchange account at all times. We do not hold, receive or transfer your funds or crypto assets.
- You must create API keys with permission to read balances and trade only. Never grant withdrawal permission. We recommend restricting keys to our server's IP address.
- You are responsible for your exchange account, including that exchange's terms, trading fees, identity verification requirements, minimum order sizes, and any restriction or suspension by the exchange.
- You can delete your API keys from the Settings page at any time (after stopping live bots on that exchange), or revoke them directly on the exchange.
5. Bot operation and technical limits
- Bots check prices periodically (typically every 20 seconds), not continuously. Orders may be placed or filled at prices different from the levels shown because of market movement, slippage, liquidity, rounding or exchange minimums.
- Paper-mode results are estimates and are usually better than live results, because the simulation does not account for slippage or order-fill delays.
- The bot does not sell at a loss unless you set a stop loss or choose "Stop & sell". If the price falls through all levels, your capital may stay in BTC for a long time.
- The Service may be interrupted by maintenance, server or network failures, exchange API outages or changes, or causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Orders already placed on the exchange remain there even if the Service stops.
- Do not cancel or modify bot orders manually on the exchange, or use the balance allocated to a bot for other trades, as this may cause the bot to behave unexpectedly.
6. Plans, payment and cancellation
- The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Advanced, Super) are charged in Malaysian Ringgit monthly at the price shown on the Plans page when you subscribe.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via "Manage billing, invoices & cancellation". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the Free plan.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. If your plan is downgraded or a payment fails, bots above the plan limit are paused automatically; existing orders on the exchange are not cancelled.
- Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, including for the remainder of a billing period after cancellation.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from the billing period after the notice ends.
- Subscription fees are separate from trading fees charged by the exchange.
7. Prohibited use
You must not: use the Service for unlawful activity, money laundering or market manipulation; use another person's exchange account without permission; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; disrupt, penetration-test or overload the servers; or resell the Service without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of profit or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or losses arising from price movements, exchange actions or failures, service interruptions, software errors, or unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your password or API keys.
- Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the subscription fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law or an authority, or to protect the Service and other users. When an account is suspended, its bots are paused. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted (see the Privacy Policy). Make sure you stop your bots and deal with open orders on the exchange first.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be notified by email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Both parties will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Consumers may also refer eligible claims to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.
12. Language
These Terms are provided in Malay and English. If there is any inconsistency between the two versions, the Malay version prevails.
